About 15 years ago we had a publication called the "PIT BULL
PUBLICATIONS" it was put out by
then secretary Dave Cawley , who just happened to be the king of "jollers"
, it was informative ,told you
what was happening in the dept. but mostly what made it popular was it was full
of inside "zings" of
firefighters ,politicians ,Chiefs, mayors, even the chief of dept got
"jolled" who was mistakenly was called
Frank by the media so the name stuck, rumor has it that he was
politely asked to stop publishing it
and it became a pleasant memory until a certain Lieutenant was cleaning out some
old files and came across
a couple of old copies so heres one of them, more to come later
